Will you accept Summer clothes for the Fall Sale?
We will accept short sleeve shirts, dresses and onesies. However, we ask that you please hold on to your sleeveless items and sandals for the Spring Sale in February 2011.
Do I use the same consignor number or request a new one for each sale?
Once you are given a consignor number, it is yours forever and you will use it each time you choose to consign with us. We do ask that you send us an email just to let us know you plan to consign again. This will help us know what to expect. Feel free to email us at any time if you have forgotten your consignor number.

Why are you so detailed in your tagging instructions?
After participating in many consignment sales over the years, we feel that this way of tagging will work out better for consignors and shoppers alike. Our goal is to sell as many of your items as possible by making the shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as we can. For example, we have you hang your items facing left like a (?) so that every piece of clothing is hanging in the same direction and the tag can be easily seen. If a shopper can't see the tag or the clothing properly they are more than likely to pass right over it and not buy.

Are consignors responsible for their hangers?
We have had a lot of questions about hangers. You are responsible for your own hangers and they will go with the item when it is purchased. You can find them at places like WalMart, Target and Dollar Stores. You can try department stores and see if they have extra they are willing to give away. Be sure to save all your hangars for future sales.

Who are you donating unsold items to? Those consignors who choose to donatetheir items that do not sale will be donating to the Anchorage Children's Home located at 2121 Lisenby Avenue, Panama City. For more information check out their website here.

How do I tag toys and other non clothing items?
Please tape the top of the tag to toys and books. Secure loose items in ziplock bags and attach to the toy. Put shoes in ziplock bags with the top of the tag taped to the outside of the bag. See the Seller's Packet for more detailed tagging information.
